The program also provides links to state, tribal and local fish advisories involving mercury, PCBs, chlordane, dioxins, and DDT, and has implemented an outreach effort to the U.S. medical community about fish safety.
Goal / Mission The goal of this program is to establish a national consistency in the methods, protocols, and approaches to developing and managing noncommercial fish and wildlife consumption advisories.
