| Description | A two-year evaluation study has been conducted for Palm Beach County's Quality Improvement System (QIS) that is designed to improve outcomes for early childhood care and education. The study evaluates both 2007-08 and 2008-09 to ascertain the status of QIS with the focus on process, outcome and impact evaluation, so that empirical data are available for celebrating the achievements and planning the continuous improvement of QIS.
